Reason is a mental faculty found in humans, that is able to generate conclusions from assumptions or premises. Homes built in 1917 may not have an adequate foundation upon which to install bolts and braces, so what will you expect in that case. You have not indicated that you have done this so if earthquake issues are a serious concern of yours (or of the area in which you are buying the home), you should have the foundation inspected too before you take issue with the house plate. As for yard work, it just depends on the yard size, who's mower/gas/weed-eater is used, landscape of the yard, if you pull the weeds, raking, etc. You could print a flyer that allows you to fill in the price and terms for each yard and leave a price on the flyer. That is how I found my last lawn care service. I had just under a 3/4 acre lot, mostly hillside. It was a big chore to mow because even the riding mower could not be used all over the yard. Q. It doesn't have champion lines but there is alot of genetic testing in the pedigree. My friend's neighbor is selling a litter and I just was wondering what is reasonable. They do have full white collars but not perfectly straight stripes on their faces but they are very cute. Both parents are very friendly and I understand that they do agility and obedience with them and they are both therapy dogs. THANKS! Having competed in agility and obedience tells me the parents are trainable and intelligent. And again, the good temperament is reinforced with them being used as theraphy dogs. This sounds like a very nice litter with lots of potential to be outstanding canine citizens. In my area, the Northeast, these pups would sell for $700 - $900.
