What will happen when all prisons are totally full?
Q. Will they let people out early or will there be a better chance of not getting a prison sentence? I have court in March and told to expect a sentence but keep hearing about the prisons filling up?

A. There is no longer any common sense in the law. I suggest that in many cases it would be a lot more appropriate to use home confinement. It costs a lot less (9 dollars a day VS 40 ) and offers a much better chance for someone convicted of a crime to be rehabilitated instead of "housed".
